By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the nogod 88 platform (available at nogod-88.im and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the nogod 88 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Verification Process

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawal Terms

You may not withdraw funds to a payment account different from the one used to make your deposit without first completing a change-of-payment-method verification request.

Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. nogod 88 does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nogod 88 bears no responsibility.

Returned Deposits & Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or reversal of a deposit with your payment provider while retaining any portion of the associated funds or winnings will be treated as fraud. nogod 88 reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any winnings obtained during the period covered by the disputed deposit, and pursue recovery through all available legal channels.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified nogod 88 account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet permitted while wagering a bonus is ৳500 per round or bet slip unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, using bonus funds to make low-risk hedging bets, using automated tools or bots to fulfil wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, cancellation of all bonus balances, and forfeiture of winnings derived from abused bonuses.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nogod 88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the nogod 88 platform or support team.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity (money laundering).
• Using any automated software, script, bot, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or fulfil wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault may be voided.

nogod 88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring account closure.
• Inactivity: accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳200 deducted from the account balance, or may be closed with the remaining balance returned to the last verified payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the nogod 88 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion order may not be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or enforced — all pending bets and casino rounds that were open at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard nogod 88 rules. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement at the time of closure are forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to any ongoing investigation are returned to the player.

These Terms & Conditions, and any obligations arising from your use of the nogod 88 platform prior to account closure, survive the termination of your account and continue to bind both parties.
